Large cast structural parts can have complex, thin-wall geometry and multiple functional interfaces. A credible 3D straightening system must control the datum and fixture strategy, measurement state, multi-point correction concept, contact/surface risk, crack-risk review and released geometry. A generic press or published competitor architecture is not proof that a supplier can perform this work.
This is a HOLD research page. It makes no claim that StraighteningTech has a giga-casting project, 3D measurement, multi-point actuation, fixture, crack inspection, customer authorization or verified result.

*Engineering concept illustration. It does not demonstrate a validated correction sequence, actuator set or structural-part result.*
Do not state force, actuator count, cycle time, tolerance, crack-detection rate or compatible casting type without project evidence. These values are not transferable from a paper or competitor system.
Measurement, Integrity and Release Must Agree
The development record should preserve incoming geometry, datum/fixture setup, measurement method/data version, correction sequence, released geometry, surface/inspection findings and disposition. If integrity inspection is required, its method, scope and acceptance authority must be specified by the responsible engineering and quality teams.

*Engineering concept illustration. It is not proof of available equipment, safety design or a giga-casting application.*
See fixture repeatability and datum seating and measurement uncertainty in straightness inspection for relevant controls; neither provides 3D casting capability evidence.
Evidence Required Before Any Supplier Claim
An OPEN publication decision requires a real authorized casting project, drawing-defined 3D datum and fixture, measurement-before/after/release data, correction records, surface/integrity review, accepted samples and customer authorization. Until then this page remains a research framework. For a scoped engineering discussion, contact StraighteningTech with authorized project information.
Required Validation Before a System Claim
An authorized study needs a defined workpiece or method scope, calibrated references, fixture/support verification, representative parts, traceable measurement data, repeated/reseated readings, released-state comparison and customer-gauge correlation. Do not equate a generic machine capability with a verified result for this topic.
| Evidence area | Why it is required |
|---|---|
| Workpiece/method scope | Establishes what the page does and does not cover |
| Datum/support/fixture | Prevents false bend signals and unsafe correction |
| Measurement/release method | Connects machine readings to drawing acceptance |
| Capability boundary | Separates industry theme from StraighteningTech proof |

Until the publication gate listed in the front matter is satisfied, this page remains a research draft and must not be read as proof of an installed StraighteningTech system for $slug.
