The ZD90 Connecting Rod Straightening Machine is an automated straightening machine designed for manual sleeve connecting rods, using a closed-loop control process (automatic feeding→ inductive detection→ servo straightening→ re-inspection → discharging), and the core configuration includes a Kinco 10-inch touch screen, Delta PLC, 6 Delta servo motors, Renishaw sensors, POM conveyor, SD card data export system. It can be adapted to 1.5-8mm diameter/45-95mm length connecting rods, with a straightness ≤ 0.1mm and a daily production capacity of 1500 pieces, completely replacing manual operation.
