XZ40C9000 is a high-precision automatic drill pipe straightening machine for the petroleum industry, which is composed of 90 capacity automatic loading and unloading mechanisms and straightening hosts, realizing unmanned operations in the whole process of storage, manuseio, measurement, straightening and re-inspection. The core of the straightening host is equipped with a 60T servo-driven pressurization system (pressure error ±0.5%) and a 19-point contact measurement component, which completely solves the problem of blind spot straightening of traditional equipment through 360° all-circumferential straightening and closed-loop control logic.
